Yet, within the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), a dedicated team led by Dato' Suraya Yaacob & Soleen Zoubi is actively working to uplift women's football. Closing 2023 with an Under-15 tournament at Sime Darby's Football Field from December 9th to 17th adds a vibrant note, showcasing the growing momentum and inclusivity in Malaysian women's football.
The inaugural Under-15 Puteri League at Bukit Jelutong features 8 formidable teams, including FEM19 FC from Perak, squads from Sabah, Melaka, and Penang's Real CJ. Adding to the excitement are four Selangor teams: KBJB Girls, Kelana United, Sime Darby FC, and SSS Leopard FC.
